About me

I’ve been chasing music since I was five, when my KISS records outnumbered my toys. From Prince, INXS, and the Smiths to underground hip-hop, indie rock, and experimental noise, my tastes have always spanned genres and scenes. In college, I hosted a radio show on 89.3 FM WNUR and DJ’d house and drum & bass before diving even deeper into the avant-garde. A 2018 trip to Jazz Fest sparked a now all-consuming love for the Grateful Dead and the jam band scene. As a filmmaker with over two decades of creative experience, I’m bringing those passions together to capture the people, culture, and magic of the scene.
